SCCUG APR 2016: CAMPUS & DC
We will have an overview of Switching technologies, features, architectures and also look at some of the best practices for deploying, managing, securing and maintaining a layer 2 fabric – regardless if it is in the Data Center or the wiring closet. We are hoping for some good back and forth with this critical topic, so please come prepared to participate!

About the Presenter:
Robert Yee Cisco CCIE 11716 (Route/Switch and Data Center) is a Consulting Systems Engineer and covering Data Center Technologies. Robert has been an engineer at Cisco covering the Greater Los Angeles are for the past 8 years. Previous to Cisco, Robert worked as a Network Engineering Manager as well as Systems Engineer for a Cisco VAR.
Jason Bomar Cisco CCIE 9316 (Route/Switch) is the Principal Consulting Engineer for SCCUG Co-Sponsor LA Networks and focuses on Routing, Switching and Data Center Technologies. Jason has been working with Cisco networking technology since 1996 and has spent time in many different environments. He has been involved with SCCUG since it’s inception in 1999 and has enjoyed helping sponsor and build the group for all those years.
